init is weird when login times out

Expected Behaviour

If login times out while trying to create a new firefly app aio app init the user should be informed, and presented with a choice of how to proceed.

1. try again
2. continue without auth ( creates a new app which is not bound to a console project and is undeployable )
3. quit/exit

Actual Behaviour

• Choice 2 from above just sort of happens with an error message The user is presented with all available app options ...
• after install the terminal hangs, because it is still waiting for a result from the login, or there is still a process running the developer needs to ctrl-c to exit, but they also just need to know how to exit ...
