Expected: Maven build should be successful

Actual: Maven behavior is not successful

Platform: Java 8 and Maven 3.3.9.I am on AEM 6.5.9.0

Request to see if we can update minimum maven required for Archetype 35 to be Apache Maven 3.6.0 as on Apache Maven 3.3.9 build is failing on Windows OS/Java 8
