Legacy Container Component fails build in Cloud Mann

When triggering in AEM Cloud with the sample project generated by the archetype we have an issue with the container component that is marked as legacy.

The component /apps/NAME/components/container/new extends the legacy foundation component wcm/foundation/components/parsys/newpar. | Code Smell | Minor |   | LegacyFoundationComponentUsage | aem,cloud-service-compatibility | https://www.adobe.com/go/aem_cmcq_legacyfoundationcomp_en

Expected: Use the responsive grid Actual: Old Parsys is still used
