Update Archetype 24 to Support Eclipse

Customer is currently stuck using Archetype 20 but is running into issues with JSP support and is unable to upgrade to archetype 21,22,23 due to a previous FileNotFound Issue (https://github.com/adobe/aem-project-archetype/issues/358). The solution was to upgrade to Archetype 24 but are unable to do so since Eclipse is not supported. Looking to find out the timeline for this support and push for the update of Archetype 24 to support the use case.
