Archetype version 42's tag shows an error when viewing in Github

When looking through archetype version 42's tag in Github, it shows a warning that says

This commit does not belong to any branch on this repository, and may belong to a fork outside of the repository.

The error does not show for version 41. Seeing this message does instill a bit of fear around a potential supply-chain attack, but I imagine it is much more benign.
