Empty Button is a poor author experience

Bug present as of version: 2.24.7-SNAPSHOT

When a Button component is dropped onto the page, it renders as a tiny empty button. It should render with either some default text prompting the author, or we should do like all other components that are not configured and show the default component placeholder.
