Page List with Static List shows incorrect Title for Teasers

When using the Page List component, if using the "Fixed list" option, the teasers display with the default page title rather than the link titles specified in the Page List component dialog for each item in the Fixed List.

And the title is mandatory even though it is not required unless it is an external link. If it is not external link the title should be taken from the page like in v3.

The static list input form is pretty bad user experience overall. The fields widths are way too small.
