Page V3 - Featured Image and Thumbnail Fields not Working

Current Behavior Page v3 featured image and thumbnail fields are not working on page creation, those fields are rendering correctly on page properties update dialog but on page creation dialog the featured image field is not rendering and the thumbnail field's select image button is not working

Expected behavior/code to be able to choose a featured image and and a thumbnail image upon page creation.

Environment

  • AEM 6.5,11
  • Core Components version 2.19.0
  • JRE version (Java 1.8.331)

I tried to add a custom image field and is not working on page creation however on properties update it works fine
