Upgrade wcm core component dependency to 2.18.X

User Story

As a user I like to use latest WCM Core components release within Core CIF Components so that I benefit from latest release.

Description & Motivation

Right now Core CIF Components use an older version: 2.17.0 but latest version is 2.18.2. With latest 2.18 release also the resourcetype version of the components have been upgraded: https://github.com/adobe/aem-core-wcm-components/releases/tag/core.wcm.components.reactor-2.18.0

Deliverables

• Upgrade dependency
• Upgrade resourcetype of components and test them -- Page -- Breadcrumb -- Catalog Page -- Navigation -- Root Page -- Teaser inclusive imageDelegate

Acceptance Criteria

• Components get a new resourcetype version so content is still backwards compatible
• Tests are updated incl test resources
• Manual test are performed
• Release Notes are updated
