Expected Behaviour

Text should not show inside of box in high contrast theme in print preview if we give hyperlink to text.

NOTE: In without high contrast theme, box is not appearing

Actual Behaviour

Link Text is showing inside of box in high contrast theme in print preview if we give hyperlink to text.

Reproduce Scenario (including but not limited to)

Settings -> Accessibility -> Contrast theme-> Aquatic & Desert theme

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch online excel>open new workbook.
2. Type any text in cell and go to insert tab>>link and insert hyperlink.
3. Click on file >>Print >>Print Preview.
4. Observe that Text is showing inside the Box in print preview.
