Transform-origin problem

Hello. Is it a Chrome bug or a new SVG standard of transformations?

Five months later and this is still a problem. In Chrome and Firefox at least.

I was looking at demos to figure out whether SnapSVG or Raphael looked better and at least all of the Raphael demos work.

The Coffee one also sends the dial flying around on some weird origin.
