Addition of letters from DIN 91379

Please add the following letters to Adobe Latin 5: additions-to-adobe-latin-5.txt.

These letters are included in the normative part of DIN 91379 "Characters and defined character sequences in Unicode for the electronic processing of names and data exchange in Europe, with CD-ROM". The standard tries to include all letters that are required for the transliteration of names to Latin script.
