some double-byte (Chinise) text is not exported as SVG

  1. Create text layer, paste or type in some double-byte text こんにちは (or download bugfile from watson)
  2. Select this layer and add to Crema
  3. Change Format to SVG

Result: Preview becomes empty rectangle

exported SVG doesn't have Text and Text Styles <svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" preserveAspectRatio="xMidYMid" width="146" height="29" viewBox="0 0 146 29">
