(v2.001) The form of 骾 (U+9ABE) for HK is not correct
Currently the codepoint U+9ABE (骾) for HK is using the JP form (uni9ABE-JP), but the last stroke of 更 isn't suitable for the HK version. A new glyph would be needed if uni9ABE-JP form cannot be modified.
It's the same mapping as Sans, but Sans doesn't have the hook so we'll need another HK glyph here.
Still not fixed in Noto Serif v2.002.
