Unnecessary JP glyphs for U+5173 关 and U+590D 复

There is no need to make them narrower becauce they are treated as components in JP, since U+6535 攵 is fullwidth. The CN glyphs can be used. Image

And 关 is fullwidth in some Japanese fonts including Meiryo ans MS Gothic.

In IPA Gothic/Mincho, both are fullwidth.

You should check Yu Gothic / Mincho, which are the Adobe highest quality and the only Adobe-Japan-1-6 Japanese fonts built in Windows. They are canonical.
