Incorrect JP glyph for 陋 U+964B
In Adobe-Japan1, the representative glyph for 陋 U+964B is at CID 7094 and is shown below. The inner right 人 stroke of 丙 should curve up as a dot, not down. Serif doesn't have this problem.
Another note, I think you missed out on 昞 (U+661E) and 炳 (U+70B3), which for some reason, even the Serif is also showing a throw stroke in the inner 人 component of those two characters. Somehow for 炳 (U+70B3), the Japanese Unicode reference is also like that, so the 丙 component is just inconsistent.
Maybe I might consider filing a glyph issue in the Adobe-Japan1 GitHub issue page when I have the time.
Note: That is not 眪 (U+772A) but 昞 (U+661E). This is in J13 (JIS X 0213:2004 level-3 characters replacing J1 characters).
Both of the noted characters and their recorded glyphs in Adobe-Japan1 is correct referencing sources. Below are from JIS X 0208 and JIS X 0213 respectively.
Only the mentioned 陋 U+964B is incorrect in Source Han Sans; Serif is correct.
My mistake about 昞 (U+661E) as I was confused about the left radicals. I have edited my earlier post reflecting that.
Also, I suppose the strokes in similar components in hyōgaiji (or rare characters) sources are not consistent and Adobe is preserving the strokes as they are originally recorded, so glyph component consistency is not the big issue here as those rare characters are likely rarely encountered in a Japanese context. Probably it is up to the Japanese type foundries if they want to make components consistent (and that means not strictly following the Adobe-Japan1 glyph references) or not.
Still, after seeing this information, I'm not sure whether I should ask to change some JP glyphs for consistency sake or preserve them as they are (other than 陋 (U+964B)) because I think this is clearly off-scope for Chinese use as the project follows official handwritten orthography for all Chinese regions.
