Revert U+3D6E 㵮 back to v1.004 glyph
P/S: the current glyph has a misalignment issue, but it should be fixed when reverting back to v1.004 glyph.

Note that the glyph removal consolidation at https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-sans/issues/179 targeted the uni3D6E-CN glyph to be removed when upgrading to v2, not uni3D6E-JP.
Side Note: this character is a severely corrupted form of 𤂸 (U+240B8), which is encoded in Extension B, which itself an archaic form of 淳 (U+6DF3). It is extremely unfortunate that the highly corrupted form got encoded into Extension A and also included in 3 national standards, while the correct form in Extension B has only been included by 2.
Unfortunately Extension A is part of the compulsory part of GB18030, so Source Han Sans must support it "correctly" (i.e. faithfully reproduce this corrupted variant form as a character) to be used in mainland China.
