Revert KR mapping for 冤 (U+51A4) to v2.001 (JIS90 form)

I want to humbly apologise for wasting your time in "fixing" this mapping, because I was unfortunately a bit too hasty and immature to see why the glyph shapes don't have to be too strict to the Unicode reference, especially when they're inconsistent by itself.

In retrospect, now I can see why Unicode KR isn't that consistent in terms of the glyph shapes, which is why originally 冤 was mapped to the JIS90 form. 冤兔 has 刀 on top for the KR reference, Screenshot 2021-11-14 at 15 24 48 Screenshot 2021-11-14 at 15 33 53

but not the other glyphs that contain 兔 like 寃 and 逸. The even more baffling thing is that 艹 on 菟 in the KR reference is split like the HK/TW version. Screenshot 2021-11-14 at 15 24 28 Screenshot 2021-11-14 at 15 28 48 Screenshot 2021-11-14 at 15 30 54

兔 is a K2 source which by right is not covered, and mapped the same as the JP form, so leave it alone.

The Chinese inherited glyph reference, while not related, asks for 𠂊 based on etymology, not 刀 or 勹. I didn't even read and digest that part until today. Screenshot 2021-11-14 at 15 20 36

This issue applies to Serif as well.

Also of note, the JP forms for 兔 are inconsistent as well, but they are another separate matter altogether and unfortunately, they have to comply with the Japanese standards even if they're inconsistent regardless, so I'll leave the JP forms alone.

While I might post in the wrong font issue page, v2.001 of Serif has not reverted the glyph. I completely understand that the hands of the Adobe/Google team are very full in fixing the TW/HK mappings in Serif, so they might have overlooked this issue, but I will post this update just in case they missed it.

Hint: Just reassign CID 61798 (uni51A4-JP90-JP) to the KR version of Serif. As for Sans, reassign CID 61900 (uni51A4-JP90-JP) to the KR version.
