HK glyph issues on U+5EF3 廳, U+5FB7 德 and U+807D 聽

(I've posted a similar issue before which seemed to be overlooked, which is a good thing because the original report lacked some information and isn't quite accurate. Please discard the old one.)

This one needs some words so I am opening a new issue. As indicated in the image below, three components are involved in this discussion:

1. The first one is about whether the bottom-left component is a 王 or 𡈼. HK and TW use 𡈼 (the same component in 廷, 挺, 庭 etc.). This is unlike JP and CN. Current HK glyph of 聽 U+807D is mapped to JP, and is incorrect. (Just a note: the component 𡈼 is different from 壬 or 王. The first stroke of 𡈼 is a 撇 (left-slanting downward), and the bottom horizontal stroke is the longest one.)

2. Whether the last stroke of the 耳 component is truly horizontal. HK adopts a slightly diagonal form, which is the same with JP and CN, while apart from TW. The difference with TW is also explicitly mentioned in the OGCIO document:

In this case U+5EF3 also needs to be modified.

3. The last one is whether or not the vertical line in the top-right component 十 is truly vertical. I believe this is purely a design choice. As shown in the Sung (serif) and Kai (script) form of the representative glyphs, both are acceptable. Just that the form is not quite consistent in Source Han Sans -- JP uses a vertical form except for 德 (uni5FB7-JP), while CN uses a slanted form except for 廳 (uni5EF3-CN). Not sure if this is intentional though. There're only two TW glyphs with this component (聽 uni8070-TW and 廳 uni5FB7-CN) , but the design choice is also different.

The following actions are needed if all of the above issues are to be tackled:

1. Add a new HK glyph for 廳 (U+5EF3) and 聽 (U+807D).
2. Add a TW glyph for 德 (uni5FB7-CN), and share it with HK.
3. Modify 聽 (uni8070-TW) so that the top-right component is vertical.

This means 3 new glyphs.

I'm not sure if there're enough CIDs. In case adding new glyph is not possible in the short term, and since the first issue is the most important one, I'd suggest to (1) map uni807D-TW to HK, and (2) modify the glyph so that the top-right component is vertical, to make it at least consistent with 廳.

By the way, the old TW glyphs for 廳 (U+5EF3) and 聽 (U+807D) in v1.00x is what the HK glyph supposed to look like (despite the inconsistency in the 十 component). So this issue is probably a side effect of the correction of this two glyphs.

Similar issue found in two codepoints having the 身 component - a separate HK glyph would be needed for U+7AE7 竧 and U+8EB2 躲 (personally I don't care much about U+7AE7 竧 though since it is not frequently used).

By the way, for the following 4 codepoints, the same glyph can be shared between HK, TW and JP:

• U+5C04 射
• U+8EB0 躰
• U+8EB6 躶
• U+8EC3 軃
