Spotted a few missing ones in the Devanagari GlyphOrderAndAliasDB:

0900 093A 093B 094F 0956 0957 0973 0974 0975 0976 0977

Maybe the are all ignored for a good reason, or maybe not... you may want to double check All are included in Lohit and EkMukta
