U+2094 is superscript instead of subscript schwa

The U+2094 glyph is superscript, but should be “LATIN SUBSCRIPT SMALL LETTER SCHWA”. It is currently also being used as schwa for the raw feature “sups”; if the glyph is moved to subscript position, I think it should be also put into “subs” instead.
