Ability to manage multiple .spoonrc files via symlink

This idea comes from knife-block in chef - I have a setup like this:

◯ : ls -l .spoon* lrwxr-xr-x 1 root staff 17 Nov 4 10:15 .spoonrc -> .spoonrc.fds-demo -rw-r--r-- 1 anichols staff 125 Nov 4 10:18 .spoonrc.fds-demo -rw-r--r-- 1 anichols staff 342 Nov 2 11:28 .spoonrc.formation -rw-r--r-- 1 anichols staff 226 Nov 2 11:30 .spoonrc.local

Would like to be able to view this list and switch them easily using spoon rather than manually swapping configs. Maybe redundant w/ -c, but seems useful maybe.
