Multi-host support

It would be nice to have spoon configured to support multiple docker hosts. Initial implementation I think looks like a config that supports multiple hosts being listed but container names would need to be globally unique. Alternatively, or additionally having a default host that's used but an easy way to specify another host to use for a one-off connection. Allows teams to maintain a master .spoonrc but distribute teams across hosts.
