Add streaming capability to Apollo

Hello all,

I am curious as to whether Apollo plans on adding streaming support. It appears like it should be doable through the mediaplayer API. If you wanted to gently nudge me toward how to implement, I would love to help here.

I sure hope we see this. Apollo is a nice looking app but it's basically useless to me on a Nexus 4 due to storage limitations which force me to use Google Music.

I would love it if MediaRouter API were supported. (Shameless plug: this would mean my app ControlDLNA would work with Apollo).

@adneal: I could try and add this functionality myself, is that something you would merge?
