Enhance for working with BaSys models

Starting from a discussion with BaSys, some fixes and enhancements were motivated. These are:

• fix: "Generate" for AAS was not working
• fix: fix: when BackupDir does not exist, create it
• fix: when copying SME, make unique only if required
• enhance: add CDs based on pure SMEs; create CDs for Sm, SME also recursively
• fix: export predefined concept is handling semanticIds more flexible
