Add export of Submodules to Protocol Buffers

This patch introduces an exporter to convert AASX Submodules to Protocol Buffers. The exporter generates .proto files for the interface description language (IDL) of the submodels on the basis of protocol buffers 3 (a.k.a. proto3, see this page).
