JSON Schema for ValueOnly-Serialization. Exception also for SubmodelElementList?

Open BirgitBoss opened this issue 1 year ago • 3 comments

What?

Question: In cha. 11.4.3 of IDTA-01002-3-0 it is written, that only SubmodelElementCollections are not considered in the serialization. It seems that this is also true for SubmodelElementList. Only SubmodelElementListValue and SubmodelElementCollectionValue are part of the schema.

it is mentioned that The SubmodelElementCollection is added to the following schema for completeness and clarity. However, I do not find it in the schema

How?

Correct sentence

This holds true for all submodel elements mentioned in the previous clause except for SubmodelElementCollections. to This holds true for all submodel elements mentioned in the previous clause except for SubmodelElementCollections and SubmodelElementLists.

Finding from the discussion: The class SubmodelValue is wrong, has no justification, and will be removed. All references pointing to SubmodelValue will point to the ValueOnly class.

@BirgitBoss with the splitting of the ValueOnly chapter to https://github.com/admin-shell-io/aas-specs/blob/IDTA-01001-3-1_working/documentation/IDTA-01001/modules/ROOT/pages/includes/IDTA-01001_ValueOnly.adoc, we should

  1. move this issue to https://github.com/admin-shell-io/aas-specs and put it into the scope for V3.1
  2. prepare a fix for the file linked above

Do you agree?
