New version 1.0

I am going to release a new admesh version. 1.0

Please let me know here if there are some reasons against it.

We are working on changes with @andreondra that might end up in slight binary incompatibility. Please hold on. I can create a milestone here with the issues. I'd also like to start with a beta.

I've edited the 0.99 milestone to be 1.0: https://github.com/admesh/admesh/milestone/2

OK, nice! Some of the issues are not so easy to fix. It may take some time.

All my PRs except the one implementing deep copying are ready to review/merge. They solve a couple of issues, so we'd be a step closer to the 1.0.
