Numeric restrictions in template rules

To allow indicating that a statement must have a scaled score > 0.8, for example.

I'm against this due to the added complexity for processing. You can already indicate this in a human readable form and there's nothing to stop systems familiar with specific profiles adding custom validation/processing.

Pending a concrete proposal from an advocate, will be left for consideration post 1.0. If a particular proposal happens, we'll take a look.
