Enhancements to generate better statements

  1. The version property of the statement is not recommended. It should still be possible to use this property, but it should be flagged as not recommended.
  2. The timestamp should always be generated as UTC +00:00. We should allow the user to select their timezone and have the generator translate it.
  3. The example context activities should just have 1 parent. Other types of context activity should be used too.
