Send to multiple LRS

It'd be nice if statements could be sent to multiple LRS at once as featured on http://garemoko.github.io/tinStatement/tinstatement.htm

This should be relatively simple to integrate... it does come back to issue #7 though, I don't want to get too far out of scope before addressing that issue or maintenance can snowball into a major pain.

Right now I'm just listing stuff that I think could make the tool better, with no regard to scope, priorities or work involved. Feel free tag stuff as low priority or indeed to ask me to stop bombing you with issues!
