Where is description of replacing the whole document?

In Communication 2.2, the final bullet immediately before transitioning to 2.3 State Resource says:

• If a Learning Record Provider needs to delete a property, it SHOULD use a PUT request to replace the whole document as described below.

2.3 State Resource

It seems the description got moved and the reference here should be updated.
