Add codelist references to the schemas

Add a codelist property to schema objects where appropriate. Available codelists can be viewed in mdTools.

Can you provide an example object and why we would want to do this?

Without this there is no indication when a or what codelist is recommended for a property. See https://github.com/adiwg/mdJson-schemas/blob/163b4f0e5bda2bce9f162097b9bf2f2d12e5c7fd/schema/resourceType.json#L15 for an example.

You mean add to schema such as translation to ISO and definitions? Not as additional elements in mdJson? This would be informational data in left side bar.
