Why when I start the instance return groups with all participants with an empty array?

Why when I start the instance, the event:

sock?.ev.on('chats.set', async ({ chats })

return groups with all participants with an empty array?

this happens to all groups, does anyone know why?

or how do I get all chats (conversations and groups) but groups with participants as soon as I create the instance?
