How to get all messages from all chats

Hello!

Tell me, please, how can I get all messages from all chats using this library periodically? I found an implementation of this function in an old version, but I'm not sure if it works. When scanning the QR-code, the "chats.set" event is called, in which messages are received, but not all of them, but in some strange fragments.
