Delete ReadMe.rtf in favor of README.md

An update of #27 that specifically only removes the duplicate old ReadMe.rtf.

@estella144, this isn’t to step on your toes, but instead to demonstrate how one creates a branch and a pull request that specifically addresses a thing, instead of using your main or master branch for PRs (and thus, ending up with things other than what you meant to share in your PR).

Also, by mentioning the original issue & the PR as I do above, they will be automatically closed if this merges.
