  • Add Leiden algorithm (https://arxiv.org/abs/1810.08473) as an algorithm
  • Added requirements.txt with dependencies
  • Added some helper functions to enable fast lookups to boost the performance a bit.

Hello @larsjeh ,

As mentioned in the thread #9 , I have incorporated this pull request "by hand" into a fork and an independent .zip file. I do not have permissions to bring it into this repo, but I wanted to comment briefly and thank you for your efforts!
