Tiberium does not become less

Though the tiberium image changes while it's getting gathered it cannot be fully harvested.

In original C&C each tiberium field has a certain value of funds it holds. When that value reches zero this field is empty. Additionally tiberium was slowly growing on its own in C&C and spreading faster near "tiberium trees".

Any details on how much a field should hold so I can replicate more accurately?

Seems as if a fully grown tiberium field holds 300$. Further harvesters unload in 25$ steps.
