Zecwallet lite doesn't support ZIP-317 and issues with TX

I did ticket https://github.com/zcash/zcash/issues/6748 , Will zecwallet lite support ZIP-317?

I did spoke in the zcash/zcash#6748 and @autotunafish said to increase fee in the source code, can you provide new version with this workaround or implement ZIP 317?
