Improve Documentation: Add Detailed Setup Instructions for Reverse Proxy

The current documentation lacks detailed instructions on how to set up BookLore behind common reverse proxies like Nginx, Traefik, or Caddy.

Add step-by-step guides for each of the following: 
 

Setting up with Nginx 
Setting up with Traefik v2/v3 
Setting up with Caddy 
Setting up with Authelia + Reverse Proxy 

Each guide should include:

Example configuration blocks
SSL setup tips
Remote authentication setup (if applicable)

I agree these guides would be very useful, but I currently don’t have the time to create them as I’m focused on core feature development. That said, if you or anyone else is willing to contribute setup guides for Nginx, Traefik, Caddy, or Authelia, I’d be more than happy to review and include them in the documentation. PRs are welcome!
