Add series as placeholder in Uploaded Files Pattern

That way uploaded files can be automatically put into a series folder

IE: {authors}/{series}/filename.pdf

es, this is definitely doable! I can also add support for {year} as a placeholder. Will work on incorporating both soon.

As long as there's a fallback for if an upload doesn't have a series!
