[Feature request] API Endpoint to create OPDS Users

Would you consider an API endpoint for creating OPDS users? Now you can automatically provision OIDC users, which is excellent. However, if that OIDC provisioned user wants to access BookLore via a mobile ebook reader app through OPDS, the BookLore admin needs to create an OPDS user first, and that can only be done through the UI.

If you provide an API endpoint for creating OPDS users, then one could have a complete auto-provisioning workflow and provide a new user everything they would need to access BookLore from the web and OPDS. Thank you for considering this.
