[Feature Request] Add Babelio as a metadata source

Hello,

First of all, thank you for your work on this project! I am a French user of Calibre, and in France, Babelio is the best source for high-quality book metadata in French. Unfortunately, Babelio does not provide an official API (to my knowledge).

However, a community-developed Calibre plugin currently exists that successfully retrieves metadata from Babelio

Would it be possible to add Babelio as an additional metadata source? That's what I need to switch from Calibre to BookLore.

You’re right, since Babelio doesn’t have an official API, I assume the Calibre plugin works via HTML scraping. If that’s the case, you’re welcome (or anyone in the community is!) to contribute a Babelio parser to BookLore.
