[Bug] Filter in URL doesn't work with OR

📝 What happened?

#1654 keeps track of filter in the URL. However this only works with the AND filter type.

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Set filter type to OR
2. Select two authors. Notice the URL changes and books from both authors are included in the selection
3. Refresh the screen with the current URL

Result: The screen appears with an empty selection

✅ Expected Behavior

The filter type should be respected

Add the filter type to the URL

Confirming. The filter mode (AND / OR / single) is not preserved on page refresh so it resets to AND every time you reload the page. The quick workaround is to click OR but it would be better if the mode was in the URL so links can be shared properly.
