Meta-data edit not working when only differences are capitalization

Description

When editing meta-data Author, capitalization changes are not saved. For example, I originially had:

Arturo PÉREZ-REVERTE

I wanted to update it to:

Arturo Pérez-Reverte

Although the operation was notified as succesful, I could still see the old name stored. A workaround was to rename the author to something else like "Arturo Pérez-Reverte NEW", and then to the final "Arturo Pérez-Reverte".

Environment

Booklore v1.11.0 running within a docker container and using MariaDB (latest).
