Feature request: Library of Congress as metadata provider

Feature Request Template for Booklore

What problem or limitation are you encountering?
The LoC catalog has a very controlled structure, vocabulary and consistency for data, along with unique identifiers for the records. LoC can also have more neutral/less marketing descriptions.

What solution or improvement do you propose?
I would like the LoC to be another metadata provider along with LCCN, OCLC, Classification - LC and Classification - Dewey to be fields on the book record.

Have you found any workarounds or alternatives?
Using the existing metadata providers.

Additional details
https://github.com/LibraryOfCongress/data-exploration and https://www.loc.gov/apis/additional-apis/ has information on API. If nothing else, MARC record structure can be used for importing.

I second this request. Please, please take a look at this.

• Why is this important?: I have nearly 1500 PDFs and some of the books ONLY have a Library of Congress number. I'm currently going through my entire catalog and making sure all the metadata is up to date and correct: but, every time I stumble on a book in my collection that only has a LoC number I am stuck. I simply skip it hoping that LoC will be implemented sometime soon.

I'm sure I am not the only person in this situation.
