Edit/Delete Lists in a board

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The lists on the board cannot be edited or deleted right now.

Describe the solution you'd like Users should be able to rename the list or delete them.

• Inline edit can be provided for updating the list name
• Delete button can be shown by hovering on the list.
