Some settings reset after sync/settings import

Describe the bug Every time I import my settings some settings reset to default:

• some hotkeys (like the main fluentsearch hotkey)
• keep open when loosing focus

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Settings → System → Import Settings OR Settings → System → Sync

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Window 11 Version: 23H2
• Fluent Search Version: 1.0.0.30
• Installation source: Installer or Portable, does the same.
