Feature request: exclude specific subfolders from files search

I've assigned two different tags to different folders for file searching. One tag includes other tag's parent folder. For example: folder1 ├── folder2 ├── folder3 ├── folder4 ... ... tag1 searches folder1 and all of its subfolders. tag2 searches folder2 and, folder2 has a lot of files in it. I want to exclude folder2 from tag1 search. I'm on version 1.0.0.18-beta.

It is also desirable to filter hidden folders for version control files such as .git, .svn. So if FS Indexer can support filter pattern like EverythingSearch, it will be desired. The current workaround is to set up the filter in everything search and use that instead of FS.
