Clicking on the Fluent Search symbol to invoke Fluent Search behaviour is not the same as invoking it via keyboard shortcut

Describe the bug When invoking FS using the keyboard shortcut, the previous entry is marked and you can override it with new text as expected. If clicking on the FS symbol in the notification area, the previous entry is not marked and you need to mark it manually first.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Invoke FS and write text into the search field. Press escape or otherwise dismiss the search box.
  2. Invoke FS again by clicking on the symbol in the notification area.
  3. FS has been invoked with the previous search, but the previous text is not selected, typing new text harder.

Expected behavior Same behaviour as invoking FS with the keyboard shortcut.

Screenshots I can provide them if it was not clear enough.
